An on-demand experience where you learn at your own pace from videos and articles with a monthly practice session

2. Personalised support:
One-to-one ongoing support

A coaching/mentoring/therapy/advisory package from our CEO, Simon Powers (limited availability). This is a tailor-made solution where you get one-to-one support for whatever you need over a 3-, 6-, or 12-month period.


3. Professional commitment:
The Art of Professional Coaching: Unlocking Human Potential in Business (ICF Level 1)

A 6-month cohort experience with learning partially in the classroom in London for 3 days in January and the rest online. Learn to the International Coaching Federation's Level 1.

You choose which level suits you based on your current situation, your availability and resources, and the kind of result you are looking for.


You can always call us to help you decide. When you work with us, you are not on your own.


When combined as an organisational change program, you achieve a shift towards a coaching style of leadership across the company and a powerful coaching culture.


4-dimensional learning

Cohort training is based upon our unique methodology, which we have refined over the last ten years of training tens of thousands of people.


The four dimensions are :

1. Horizontal or external skills that are tangible, useful, and observable.


2. Vertical or internal skills that build relationships, collaboration, and emotional intelligence.


3. Experiential classroom training that puts into practice the combination of the first two with real-time support from class leaders and support from the cohort to support you after you use these skills in your workplace.


4. The leaders embody this practice, allowing you to tune in and emulate their behaviours, allowing you to assimilate the skills and results you need much faster.
