This workshop can be done in person or 100% online.

This is an opportunity to leverage AI-powered teamwork, liberating structured patterns, and coaching to enhance brainstorming, strategy, and other meetings.

The story so far...

In the last few months, a group on the Leading Organisational Change Cohort program (ICE-EC) collaborated on building an L&D cohort program for leaders using advanced facilitation techniques and AI.

Usually, we solve one problem in about four hours. Using ChatGPT with clever prompting and advanced facilitation techniques, we used our collective experience to solve the problem and go deeper than any other cohort in just one hour.

From this starting point, we then experimented with teams using different techniques to achieve progressively better results. We are running a free meetup to share some of these ideas in London on August 6, 2025. We are still learning and growing. We run a public course where we learn together and get better as we go. This is an early-stage innovation that already significantly enhances teamwork.

Format

This is either a fully online or in-person, teacher-led course.

We will use ChatGPT.

We will utilise the paid version of ChatGPT, along with other tools, to share screens and collaborate on solving the problems that your team is working on. This collaborative session teaches us how to utilise AI tools for real-world collaboration effectively.

We will use different AI tools as the series progresses.

The course

The first session includes an additional 30 minutes to help everyone set up their tools and meet each other.

This is ideal for teams that need to collaborate to solve problems and want to learn how to leverage AI as a source of wisdom.

Simon Powers

You will get dedicated support from our CEO and Founder, Simon Powers.

Simon has 20 years of consultancy experience helping everyone from the big consultancies (Deloitte, Accenture, Mckinsey), to the world's largest corporations. Specialising in financial services, retail / FMCG, pharma, entertainment), he has supported leaders to make the changes they needed to make.

Simon has 20+ years of professional consultancy experience, 8 years as a coach, 4 years as a therapist, and over 30 years of professional leadership experience to draw upon for strategy work.

Malika Desai

Malika brings over a decade of experience leading digital transformation and Salesforce implementations across industries and continents. She’s worked with startups, global consultancies like Deloitte Digital, and clients in the US, Europe, and Australia.

She has been working with Salesforce AI for over 8 years and has spent the last 3 years actively building with generative AI—creating chatbots, exploring real-world use cases, and helping teams apply AI meaningfully in their work.

With a strong product mindset and a passion for practical innovation, Malika now focuses on how tools like ChatGPT can accelerate collaboration, clarity, and change—making her a valuable co-creator and guide for this course.
