Audience Applauding

High praise for this course

“Absolutely fantastic course! It grows you into the Agile coach you never imagined you could be. It builds you into the the Agile Coaches the industry needs, rather than the Agile Coaches it (usually) has”

Chris Wolff

Agile Coach

"This program is, I can say, a real chance to grow. An invite to think, feel and act, impossible to refuse. Sometimes exhausting, sometimes annoying, always challenging and attractive. In the end, a great experience. Just try it."

Having had the pleasure of being part of the first cohort of ICE-AC I can honestly say this has been one of the most influential and positive learning experiences I have had in my entire career. The focus across multiple disciplines and the learning as part of a collaborative group and cohort really embeds the true Agile Coaching ethos and methods. It has shaped how I interact both personally and professionally in ways I would never have thought possible.

I really cannot recommend any other certification higher than this one (and if you know me, you would have probably heard me say this in the past so it isn't just a plug... 🙂 )

ICE-AC (ICAgile Expert in Agile Coaching)

vs

Art of Professional Coaching (ICF Level 1)

Two Paths. One Intention.

Michelangelo was never just a painter. He sculpted David, designed St Peter’s Basilica, and painted The Last Judgement. Different disciplines. One intention — to express the depth and beauty of the human spirit.

That’s the essence of our two programmes at Deeper Change Academy.

Our ICE-AC (ICAgile Expert in Agile Coaching) explores the breadth of disciplines — coaching, mentoring, teaching and facilitating — and how to move fluidly between them. It’s about range, adaptability and the art of human development across contexts.

The Art of Professional Coaching (ICF Level 1) focuses entirely on coaching, diving deep into presence, listening, and mastery of craft. Like standing before The Last Judgement, it invites you to see both the whole composition and the intricate brushstrokes that bring it to life.

Both paths share the same intention: to elevate your practice, deepen your impact and help others flourish.

👉 Watch the short video below to explore how breadth and depth can both lead to transformation.

David Lowe

Programme designer and co-lead | ICF-PCC, ICE-AC

David is a coach, trainer, author and podcaster whose approach is underpinned by the belief that everyone has the right to improve both their professional and personal life. He is renowned for his friendly and engaging style, and has worked with a range of different organisations across a number of sectors, such as GDS, Ford, Bayer and Unilever.

Noting that he uses humour less in coaching than he does in other areas (i.e. training, mentoring and facilitating), David conducted a four-year doctoral research programme at Oxford Brookes to explore the experience of humour within coaching.
