Rafa Ribeiro

ICE-AC

Rafa is an Agile and Professional Coach, who helps his clients discover and become aware of their goals, reflect on their behaviours, and support their growth. He has extensive experience working with co-located, distributed, and fully remote teams, and enjoys helping software teams in connecting logic reasoning with creative thinking and human-centered design. He has more than 15 years of experience working with clients from Telecom, Sports and Banking to name but a few. Rafa is also a qualified Surf Instructor and combines coaching and surf training for transformational one2one coaching experiences.

David Lowe

ICF-PCC, ICE-AC

David is a coach, trainer, author and podcaster whose approach is underpinned by the belief that everyone has the right to improve both their professional and personal life. He is renowned for his friendly and engaging style, and has worked with a range of different organisations across a number of sectors, such as GDS, Ford, Bayer and Unilever.

Noting that he uses humour less in coaching than he does in other areas (i.e. training, mentoring and facilitating), David conducted a four-year doctoral research programme at Oxford Brookes to explore the experience of humour within coaching.

This is one of the world’s only coaching cohort programs designed specifically for the advanced ICAgile Certified Agile Coaching Expert track. Following successful completion of the program and passing the assessment you will be awarded the advanced designation of ICAgile Certified Expert in Agile Coaching.

Those who successfully complete this program and pass the assessment will come away with the advanced Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC) designation.
