Organisational Change Cohort | Level 2

Leading Organisational Change Is Not a Technique

Most experienced change-makers already know what should be different.
The real challenge is how change actually survives inside complex organisations over time.

The ICE-EC cohort is not a course you attend

It is a developmental space for people who already carry responsibility for change — often without authority, certainty, or clean boundaries.

This programme is designed for senior practitioners working at the intersection of:

  • leadership

  • organisational systems

  • culture

  • strategy

  • and lived human behaviour

It supports those who are no longer looking for frameworks to apply, but for capacity to hold complexity, work skilfully with leadership, and guide change that unfolds over months, not workshops.

"The program has helped me really to understand what it takes to achieve enterprise level business agility and what are the skills and competence required to implement and guide leaders in large organizations. A big thank you to Simon & Kevin, everyone at AWA & ICAgile who made this program possible. It was a truly unforgettable experience in my life.”

This course is part of the Organisational Change Training Path.

6 months cohort program, 12 half days and more...
100% Online
Taught in English

On completion of this course, you'll walk away with:

1

A systemic, enterprise-level lens on change that enables you to lead in complexity and design interventions that shift culture, structure, and behaviour.

2

This programme builds the capacity to lead enterprise change over time — not just the ability to apply methods or run initiatives

3

The influence, presence, and legitimacy to grow as a trusted partner with senior leaders.

4

Participants work with live organisational challenges, not simulations, and learn directly from how systems respond

Learning outcomes

Participants completing the ICE-EC cohort will be able to:

  • Work effectively with organisational complexity, without reducing it to tools, templates, or linear plans.

  • Diagnose and influence systemic patterns across leadership, culture, structure, and strategy — not just team-level symptoms.

  • Operate with greater authority and judgement in environments where formal authority is limited or ambiguous.

  • Design and guide change that unfolds over time, adapting interventions as the system responds.

  • Engage senior leaders in meaningful change conversations, even when priorities conflict or conditions are politically charged.

  • Recognise how their own stance, behaviour, and nervous system shape the system, and intervene more consciously as a result.

  • Integrate multiple perspectives and bodies of knowledge (strategy, culture, learning, delivery, power) into coherent change approaches.

  • Sustain themselves as a practitioner, building practices that prevent burnout, over-responsibility, and performative change.

What This Programme Is (and Isn’t)

This is not:

  • a methods course

  • a certification factory

  • a set of tools to roll out

It is:

  • a six-month cohort journey

  • a place to work on real, live organisational challenges

  • a space to develop judgement, stance, and coherence as a change leader

  • a container where experience is examined, not bypassed

The programme aligns with the ICAgile ICE-EC learning objectives, but it goes beyond them by focusing on who you are becoming as a practitioner — not just what you know.

Why a Cohort?

The work of enterprise change cannot be learned in isolation.

It requires:

  • reflection over time

  • dialogue with peers facing similar pressures

  • exposure to multiple organisational contexts

  • and the discipline to stay with complexity rather than simplify it away

This cohort creates a holding environment where experienced practitioners can:

  • slow down their thinking

  • sharpen their judgement

  • and build the capacity required to operate credibly with senior leadership and across whole systems

Who This Is For

The ICE-EC cohort is for people who:

  • already operate beyond single teams

  • influence across functions, portfolios, or enterprises

  • feel the limits of tool-based change

  • and want to deepen their ability to lead change that actually lasts

If that sounds like you, this programme is designed to meet you where the real work is happening.

Audience Applauding

High praise for this course

“I always felt there was something wrong with the way we approach change in organisations and the way we run our organisations. What I liked about this program was the connection between the cohort program and the actual work we were doing in our organisation, like a feedback loop and safe place to get input from outside the organisation… it was application first, deepening knowledge and getting good outcomes all supported by the cohort. Going into the program I was prepared to deepen my knowledge in the tools and techniques and understand them more, but I wasn’t prepared for the amount of work on changing myself and I wasn’t prepared for the impact on how I showed up and how that changed the outcomes within the organisation. This program deepens your knowledge, but if you are open to working on yourself, and centering and growing yourself as a person, the impact will be even more powerful.”

– Enterprise Agile Coach

The world around us is changing in a profound way, in order to thrive in the digital age and stay resilient, organizations must rethink how to develop leaders and their workforce beyond technology. Creating enterprise agile coach capability is an essential enabler, that is often underestimated. I felt very privileged and honored to be part of a 3 years journey with AWA especially the “Expert in Enterprise Coaching Cohort Program”, where I have learnt tremendously from a group of amazing people across industries during a global pandemic, while applying some of the practices in successfully solving complex challenges. The program has helped me really to understand what it takes to achieve enterprise level business agility and what are the skills and competence required to implement and guide leaders in large organizations. A big thank you to Simon & Kevin, everyone at AWA & ICAgile who made this program possible. It was a truly unforgettable experience in my life.”
