Cancellation Policy

Your place on a Deeper Change Academy course is confirmed once full payment (or an agreed deposit) has been received. We understand that plans can change, so cancellations made more than one calendar month before the course start date receive a full refund minus transaction fees, with a 50% refund available up to two weeks before the start date; unfortunately, cancellations within two weeks are not refundable. You may transfer your place to another course of the same type before the course begins, with transfers over one month before the start date free of charge, transfers within one month subject to an admin fee (£150 for 1–2 day courses, £250 for 3-day courses and £350 for 5-day courses), and transfers requested 7 days or less before the start date charged at 50% of the original price. In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a course, we’ll offer you a refund or an alternative date; please note that we are unable to cover any travel, accommodation or related costs incurred.
