Teacher led
This is an online, teacher-led course over Zoom.
You need a ChatGPT or other AI account, a desktop or laptop, and most importantly the desire to learn together to make something extraordinary.

If you can't make one of the days for your course, you can optionally make it up on another course!
Each course is capped in numbers to create good conversation, connections, and learning experiences.

Innovating together on the ICE Cohort
Early in 2025, a group on the Leading Organisational Change Cohort program (ICE-EC) collaborated on building an L&D cohort program for leaders using advanced facilitation techniques and AI.
It was an impromptu session, created together to explore if we could use AI whilst in a team.
Usually, we solve one problem in about four hours. Using ChatGPT with clever prompting and advanced facilitation techniques, we used our collective experience to solve the problem and go deeper than any previous cohort in just one hour.
Taking it to teams
From this starting point, we then experimented with real teams solving real-world problems using different facilitation and prompting techniques.
We rapidly saw progressively better results.
Taking it to the community
On August 6th 2025, we took the idea to the community. We were kindly hosted by GDS (Government Digital Service) in White Chapel. We used different liberating structures and appreciative enquiry with shared prompting and advanced facilitation to divide the problems and combine ideas to come up with a cohesive strategy together with AI.
Running this course
Based on the last 20 years of facilitation, team building for performance, and our experiments and discoveries in AI Collaboration, we now offer this course for you. We are continually learning, growing, and putting that back into the course materials. We hope you join us and leverage this new powerful approach to team learning, performance, and innovation.

Simon Powers
You will get dedicated support from our CEO and Founder, Simon Powers.
Simon has 20 years of consultancy experience helping everyone from the big consultancies (Deloitte, Accenture, Mckinsey), to the world's largest corporations. Specialising in financial services, retail / FMCG, pharma, entertainment), he has supported leaders to make the changes they needed to make.
He has written his own AI Chatbot, continues to experiment with AI in every way possible and looks for ways in which he can innovate better working lives with it.
Malika Desai
Malika brings over a decade of experience leading digital transformation and Salesforce implementations across industries and continents. She’s worked with startups, global consultancies like Deloitte Digital, and clients in the US, Europe, and Australia.
She has been working with Salesforce AI for over 8 years and has spent the last 3 years actively building with generative AI—creating chatbots, exploring real-world use cases, and helping teams apply AI meaningfully in their work.
With a strong product mindset and a passion for practical innovation, Malika now focuses on how tools like ChatGPT can accelerate collaboration, clarity, and change—making her a valuable co-creator and guide for this course.
