What is possible?

In the last month, a group on the Leading Organisational Change Cohort program collaborated on building an L&D cohort program for leaders.
Usually, this program requires us to design one example class in four hours. Using ChatGPT with clever prompting, we used our collective experience to build a leadership cohort program skeleton in just one hour.

The program included a facilitation guide, used training from the back of the room, liberating structures, and our combined knowledge.

For this course, we choose different real-world problems that we can collectively work on. We learn how to leverage our own experience and other people's in a collaborative workshop where we use AI tools to rapidly develop, validate, and produce working solutions.

It is truly mind-blowing what we can achieve together with AI as our copilot..

Format

This is a fully online, remote-access course using Zoom and Mural. You are advised to have a ChatGPT account. You do not need a Mural account.

I will use the paid version of ChatGPT, other tools, share screens, and collaborate to solve different change management and learning and development use cases. This is a collaborative session where we learn how to become effective using AI tools to do real-world tasks.

We will use different AI tools as the series progresses.

There will be time to learn from each other. Having run these sessions, we find that most people have something to share that none of us knew beforehand. Learning from each other provides a rich experience.

When

There are 4 * 90-minute sessions, where we visit a different problem each session.

    Two simple but powerful questions to help you identify where AI could support your work, and where you might feel uncertain or resistant. We’ll work with this insight during the first session.

The course

The course program is divided into one 120-minute session and three 90-minute sessions, with one weekly session.

The first session includes an additional 30 minutes to help everyone set up their tools and meet each other.

We may change these scenarios based on the audience and their relevance. This is our current intended plan.

  • Pre-sessions

  • Session One - Disjointed Transformation

    Iron out together any issues with tooling

    We will start solving the first case study problem together. As we progress, we will learn how to use the tools, hacks, and ideas from the course leader and each other.
    The first case problem provides a description, with documents, data, and bios of the people involved. The crux of the challenge is that the leadership team says one thing, but the teams feel another. You’ll use AI to cut through confusion, surface the real story, and restore clarity in a complex transformation programme.

  • Session Two - Designing Learning That Lands

    You’re tasked with creating a high-impact leadership development journey in just a few days. With AI as your co-designer, you’ll turn fuzzy goals into a compelling, inclusive learning experience.

  • Session Three - Resistance Behind the Silence

    A department is disengaged, but no one is saying why. You’ll simulate coaching conversations and stakeholder dialogues using AI to uncover what’s not being said — and plan how to re-engage.

  • Session Four - Choosing the Right Strategic Future

    The board is split between three big bets: consolidate, expand, or disrupt. You’ll use AI to stress-test scenarios, model risks, and help leaders make more value-aligned strategic decisions.

Simon Powers

You will get dedicated support from our CEO and Founder, Simon Powers.

Simon has 20 years of consultancy experience helping everyone from the big consultancies (Deloitte, Accenture, Mckinsey), to the world's largest corporations. Specialising in financial services, retail / FMCG, pharma, entertainment), he has supported leaders to make the changes they needed to make.

Simon has 10 years of professional consultancy experience, 8 years as a coach, 4 years as a therapist, and over 30 years of professional leadership experience to draw upon for strategy work.

Malika Desai

Malika brings over a decade of experience leading digital transformation and Salesforce implementations across industries and continents. She’s worked with startups, global consultancies like Deloitte Digital, and clients in the US, Europe, and Australia.

She has been working with Salesforce AI for over 8 years and has spent the last 3 years actively building with generative AI—creating chatbots, exploring real-world use cases, and helping teams apply AI meaningfully in their work.

With a strong product mindset and a passion for practical innovation, Malika now focuses on how tools like ChatGPT can accelerate collaboration, clarity, and change—making her a valuable co-creator and guide for this course.
